How the quote process works
From first call to delivery, here’s what to expect
1. Have your measurements ready
Before reaching out make sure your project has measurable lengths, including stairs and landings. The more precise your measurements , the more accurate the quote.
2. Call or email Greg
Call Greg Tschida at 402-630-2560 to get started. If you have a scaled print available, you can also email it to greg@kcrailing.com
First time with KC Railing? Greg strongly recommends an on-site meeting. He'll bring a railing sample, walk through the installation process, and point you to the installation video so everything's covered before work begins.
3. Receive your quote by email
Typically, you'll receive a detailed quote the same day. The price includes all taxes, railing assembly, and delivery to your job site, no surprises.
Pricing varies by project. Factors include post sizes, number of posts, style selection, and the amount of stair rail required..
4. Sign quote and delivery
Once the quote is agreed upon, sign the form and fill in your "need railing by" date. Because every project involves custom cuts, a ½ down payment is required to begin. Once a business relationship is established, payment terms can be discussed.
Most railing projects can be delivered next day. If you submitted measurements by email, note that an on-site measurement will still be needed once your project is ready to proceed.
